Message	wouldn't boil over until I beat on the car a little. I kept thinking it was the head gasket, I even had both heads and the block decked, but it would keep doing it. Finally one of my friends through out a joke that maybe my vent tube to the overflow was clogged. I checked it anyway, and sure enough it was clogged and all the extra pressure and coolant that would normally "boil over" into the overflow would just push out through the cap giving the appearance of something major being wrong.
